Product Description

Introducing the lightest braking solution for heavy-duty and road bike disc brake systems.

Through PSB's innovative 3D Floating technology, abnormal clamping is avoided, ensuring durability and optimal braking force.

An ultimate upgrade for road bikes.

Heat Dissipation

Heat dissipation is another innovated design of the disc, which are the 6 debossed areas distributed on the outer rim. Upon contact with the brake pads, the space between the brake pad and the debossed area allows air circulation, assisting in decreasing heat accumulation during braking.

Flexiblity & Rigidity

The special angle of the cut can provide support when the margin space reaches the set value along the force direction when braking. So the product strength is ensured while the floating structure restrains the high temperature deformation during braking.

Patented Elastic Disc Ribs

6 of the 12 evenly distributed ribs have patented opening cuts on the outer disc. The solid ribs maintain rigidity, and the open cut design truncates the rigid structure between the ribs and the outer part of the disc. So the rotor retains flexibility after fixing to the hub.

Form Follows Function

The floating function provides a longer service life and confronts asymmetric wear during braking more effetively comparing to conventional one-piece rotors.

UCI Regulations

Referring to the UCI regulations, the outermost periphery of the disc is designed to be full round edges.

ROTOR DEVELOPMENT

Check Before Every Ride

Before riding your bike, please check the following items

  •  ●  Is the rotor thinner than the recommended thickness ?
     ●  Is the installation direction correct (LOGO facing outwards) ?
     ●  Are front and rear rotors cracked or deformed ?
     ●  Does the screw or lock ring reach the recommended torque value?

     ●  When removing the rotor or cleaning the bike, the rotor should not be stained with oil
