Product Description

PSB dry standard brake pad uses resin compounds to match the exclusive formula, showing soft braking force and stable output.

The materials contain a higher proportion of resin compounds, so it’s relatively quiet when used under dry conditions.

Replacement Notice

When the thickness of the brake pad reaches 0.5mm or less, replace it immediately. Then follow the bedding in instructions for primal performance.

Installation Precaution

Do not let any oil or lubricating agent get on the rotors and brake pads, otherwise it will affect the brake operation and cause safety issues.

High Temperature Precaution

Do not touch the calipers and the disc immediately after riding or getting off.

Rain Precaution

When it is rainy or the ground is slippery, a longer braking distance is required. Please reduce the speed and apply the brakes as early as possible. You may fall or collide and be seriously injured.

FIT

  • Stroker Ace

Check Before Every Ride

Before riding your bike, please check the following items

  •  ●  Are the thickness of all brake pads above 0.5mm ?
     ●  Are the rotors cracked or deformed ?
     ●  Are front and rear brakes both working properly ?
     ●  Is there any sign of brake fluid leakage ?
     ●  Are the levers firmly installed on the handle ?
     ●  Does the handle show signs of cracking or peeling ?
     ●  Is there any strange sound ?

Upgrade Cooling Fins

Our design team and engineering team jointly developed a new solution for brake heat dissipation.

ATTENTION

To ensure the best performance of the pads, please follow the bedding in procedure below.

Step1.

Drag each brake for 30 seconds on a gentle downhill slope. Repeat 3 times, and switch between front and rear brake.

Step2.

Drag the brakes for 15 seconds then apply more pressure to the levers until the bike slowly stops. Repeat 3 times.

Step3.

Repeat step2. with the rear brake for several times. This is to ensure all the pads are bedded evenly, due to the front pads are usually heated more.

※ Do not apply the front brake too strongly, the wheel may lock up and cause a forward bike fall with serious injury
※ Be aware of the high temperature before checking or replacing any brake related components
